InBody 570 Result Sheets

Ive had the machine and ordered sheets over the last 8-9years and this is the first time the results sheets have poor color quality. Very dull and faded compared to the past. I have a comparison picture if you would like to see the difference. Quite disappointed in the quality.

Took way too long to arrive to our location, we were almost out of stock by the time they arrived.

I never received the order, I hav submitted a claim through InBody and hav heard nothing?? The tracking # said.delivered and left on porch .. we r a business, there is no porch?? Where did it get delivered..? Very frustrating
